Registering marriage in Korea first
(1) For Koreans, the marriage requirements are reviewed according to the 'Civil Law,' and for Vietnamese, according to the Vietnamese 'Marriage and Family Law.' (2) Issuance of the Marriage Requirements Certificate at the Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate in Korea - After obtaining the Marriage Requirements Certificate from the Vietnamese Embassy or Consulate in Korea, prepare the translation.
How to obtain a Marriage Requirements Certificate at the Vietnamese Embassy in Korea

It takes about two weeks to issue the Marriage Requirements Certificate, and after submitting the documents received from the embassy, including the Marriage Requirements Certificate and the marriage registration form, to the domestic city, county, or district office, it takes about one week to process.
(3) Marriage registration at the city (district) or township office of the Korean's address or registration base

How to obtain a Marriage Requirements Compliance Certificate
-Required documents- 1. Original and 1 copy of ID (passport, resident registration card, driver's license)

(2) Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmation notarization, Vietnam Ministry of Justice Vietnamese translation notarization, and marriage registration at the Vietnamese People's Court in the hometown of the Vietnamese person
- Marriage registration at the Vietnamese People's Committee (Ùy ban nhân dân) - If you have obtained the Basic Certificate, Marriage Relationship Certificate, and Marriage Requirements Compliance Certificate, get them translated into Vietnamese at a translation office near the embassy or the Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and after confirmation at the Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs Consular
