A. Basic items: 20 or more points out of a maximum of 50 points

1) Age : The age range of 30 to 34, which is the average age at which one completes their education and has 5 years of work experience, is set as the highest score, with score intervals set for ages 20 to under 50 (maximum 20 points).

<Legned> Age is calculated in full years; for example, 5 points are awarded for ages up to 49 years and 11 months and 30 days.

2) Final education : Based on the minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree for E-7 visa issuance, domestic associate degree holders are exceptionally allowed (maximum 30 points).

<Legend> : ① Only diplomas are recognized (graduation certificates, completion certificates, qualification certificates, etc., are not recognized)

② As different countries operate different education systems and it is unclear whether an associate degree has been obtained from a foreign university, foreign associate degrees are excluded from consideration.

B. Optional items: maximum of 70 points

1) Work experience : Apply different scores depending on the length of work experience in Korea and abroad, and preferentially treat those with work experience in professional fields in Korea, considering their adaptation to Korean society (maximum 15 points).

- Work experience within the past 10 years will be limited, and the evaluation will consider continuous knowledge acquisition in the professional field, maintaining economic activity, and the possibility of job search in the future.

- Domestic and overseas work experience can be combined.

<Legend>: The past 10 years of domestic and overseas work experience can be counted concurrently, limited to experience in similar fields related to the major after obtaining a degree.

Applicants must prove similar work experience by submitting related supporting documents, and work experience during job search processes such as internships is excluded.

2) Domestic study abroad experience (2 years or more) : Graduates of domestic regular universities* eligible for student (D-2) visa issuance according to the current Guidelines for Issuing and Managing Foreign Student Visas will receive differentiated scores within 3 years after graduation, with a maximum of 30 points.

Universities corresponding to Article 2, Paragraph 1 to 4 of the Higher Education Act

<Legend> If you have obtained a domestic degree by studying for less than 2 years through a foreign university and a dual degree program/cyber university graduation and obtaining a degree through the credit banking system, study abroad scores are not recognized. However, degree-specific scores can be recognized in the basic items' education scores.

3) Other domestic training and education experience (1 year or more) : Scores are recognized for those with domestic training experience regardless of the field (maximum 5 points).

- Differentiated scores are given according to the training period for those who have completed training at domestic universities or institutions, and language training (D-4-1) students are distinguished from other training courses to ensure that they comply with the original purpose of studying abroad.

<Legend>: Proof of requirements through career, history, completion certificates, etc., issued by the university or institution specifying the training period.

※ The final education, domestic training, education, and academic experience can be duplicated if the duration requirements are met.

(ex. education + domestic study abroad + language training + exchange student)

4) Korean language ability : Optional scores are awarded to foreigners who have basic Korean language skills to adapt to Korean society and understand Korean culture (maximum 20 points).

- Scores can be calculated cumulatively for domestic language training and study abroad experiences.

<Preference>: TOPIK is recognized with an official score report (only within the validity period, but domestic study abroad graduates are recognized even if the period has passed), and the Korean Immigration and Integration Program (KIIP) requires an official completion certificate or stage-by-stage confirmation.

C. Extra points (can be calculated cumulatively)

To actively discover and attract global talents and consider the possibility of stable settlement in Korean society, bonus points are given to those who are recommended by the head of a central administrative agency, graduates of world-renowned universities, workers with experience at global companies, engineering degree holders, and high-income earners (total 70 points).

Recommendation for job-seeking visa issuance by the head of a central administrative agency or overseas consulate (maximum 20 points)

- If the head of a central administrative agency or an overseas consulate related to the job-seeking field confirms the applicant as a professional and recommends visa issuance, scores can be awarded up to 20 points.

- The procedure and requirements for issuing employment recommendation letters from relevant ministries are applied, and requirements for companies are omitted since there is no prospective employer.

2) Workers with experience at global companies: In the past 3 years, those who have worked for at least 1 year at a company listed in Fortune's Top 500 companies within the past 10 years (maximum 20 points)

3) Graduates of world-renowned universities: Within the past 3 years, bonus points are awarded regardless of the graduation year to graduates of ❶ Time's Top 200 foreign universities or ❷ QS World University Rankings' Top 500 foreign universities (20 points)

※ QS World University Rankings: A university ranking provided by evaluating universities worldwide every year by Quacquarelli Simonds, a British university evaluation agency.

4) Engineering degree holders (bachelor's degree or higher): To attract IT talents suitable for the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, bonus points are awarded to those with an engineering bachelor's degree (including domestic associate degrees) (5 points)

- Domestic associate degree holders in the engineering field are also eligible for bonus points.

Foreign associate degrees in engineering fields are excluded since degree verification is not possible.

- Distinctions are made between violations of the Immigration Control Act, which is the basis for domestic stays, and other legal violations, with differentiated deductions depending on the number of violations to promote compliance.

- Clear evaluation standards are provided by deducting points for violations within 5 years from the application date.

<Preference>: The combined score of items (Ⓐ+Ⓑ) is applied (calculated cumulatively).

<Legend>

Ⓐ Only violations within 5 years from the application date are counted, and all confirmed violations are included regardless of punishment (however, fines are not included). Those with 4 or more violations are restricted from applying.
